Terms and Conditions



This website is owned and operated by Katie Saoidhbh McGreal, operating as Solas Relaxation with a registered address at: Baile Ard, An Spidéal, Co na Gaillimhe.


By using our website you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service as binding up on you, including additional terms and conditions referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our website.


Client Details

Please note that any stored phone numbers or emails will be deleted from Solas Relaxation on an annual basis but contact information that is relevant to the performance of a contract will be stored for five years at the end of the contract.




All material sold by Solas Relaxation is copyright. Do not pass on any materials to other people.


Working hours


Solas Relaxation working hours are Monday – Friday from 9 am – 4pm. We will reply to emails, phone calls and messages within these hours but due to our class schedule we may take up to 48 working hours to reply. There will be of course, exceptions here regarding illness and holidays but we will do our best to inform you of this when the time arises.


Payments and refunds


All in person and online classes must be paid for in advance. Refunds or rescheduling of class is offered if Solas Relaxation has to cancel a class unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a class please give 48 hours notice, if we do not receive 48 hours notice the full price of the class or product will be charged and the class will not be taught.


For classes completed with schools or organisations, all payments must be made in full before the class terms are completed.




Anything shared with Solas Relaxation during classes or sessions or in between sessions will be handled with the utmost confidence and privacy, unless a minor is involved and it is deemed appropriate to inform the appropriate persons.




Solas Relaxation offers access to lifetime membership in relation to some of her programmes. This is connected to the lifetime of the programme in its current form. If Solas Relaxation fundamentally changes the outline, goals and resources of the programme and/or requires closing or rebranding the programme she will inform all members who have lifetime access. This allows time for members to access all current resources they require before they are deleted. Solas Relaxation will give 30 days notice of any planed changes which may affect the lifetime access.


Social Media Platforms


Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that we participate on are custom to the terms as well as the data protection and privacy policies and notices held with each social media platform respectively.  You are advised to use social media platforms wisely and communicate / engage upon them with due care and caution regarding your own privacy and personal details.  We will never ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms and encourage you when wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact us through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email.
